physical symptoms

Does anyone have any suggestions for medfree ways of dealing with specifically physical symptoms of anxiety? (pounding heart, chest pain, tense muscles, fatigue, etc.) I've had cognitive therapy which has helped the mental aspects of my anxiety, but the physical symptoms still remain. Do all those relaxation techniques I hear about work at all? Has anyone ever tried biofeedback?
