This community was created for people with anxiety/panic disorders that are interested in or are coping with anxiety without the assistance of conventional medication i.e. Paxil, Prozac, Xanax. It doesn't matter why you are not on medication. Maybe you don't want to take it or maybe you can't afford it or whatever. Discussions of any form of nonconventional treatments are welcome here, let's hear what works for you!
This community was not created to rag on people's personal choices regarding medication. Everyone has different reasons for what they choose and different ways to cope. I understand choosing a medication free way of coping will not work for everyone.
